Discovering Peace, Emotional Balance, Joy and Your Life’s Purpose

In the crazy and fast-paced world we live in today, it's not hard to imagine that certain things get lost in the mix and your plans for a better life are usually one of the first things to go. It's not that you've given up; it's just that the little things have a way of swallowing up what really matters.

In this stimulating new presentation, Dr. Denise introduces your audience to the power of The Bach Flower Essences for successfully balancing emotion and shares many other cutting edge ways to craft a fulfilling life. She gently guides her listeners to effectively utilize principles drawn from the law of attraction to create lives of empowerment, creativity, joy, balance, and radiant health. Not only will your audience learn how to permanently end emotional eating but will move far beyond that goal to creation of the passionate life experience they have dreamed of. This popular presentation is a must!

Creating a Life of Joy, Balance and Radiant Health – Free from Emotional Eating

Women, and many men, have had it! They are tired of being told what to do, how to look and how to act. They are confused by the barrage of conflicting messages they are receiving and they are angry! They want to look good, feel valued, be authentic and they want to be heard. It is no longer acceptable to diet in public and cry in private.

Women want real change and the time is NOW. They are seeking radiant health and dream of lives of balance and joy. They want to feel good about themselves and recapture their zest and creativity because way down inside they know that they will be beautiful only when they make their well-being top priority. Women want this and Dr. Denise shows them how to create the life they have dreamt of – free from emotional eating -- in simple, clear steps they can easily understand and adapt to their individual lifestyles. We all desire lives of balance, joy, prosperity and radiant health and many of us eat emotionally as a way of keeping ourselves anesthetized and surviving the stress of daily life rather than thriving.

Emotional overeating is eating when we are not physically hungry. If bored, anxious, angry, or sad for example, we might seek food to dull our senses. Our challenge is to manage feelings without anesthetizing ourselves. To feel in control of impulses to eat, we need to soothe ourselves without turning to food. This requires us to know our emotional selves. Dr. Denise discusses ways audience members can recognize emotional hunger, follow their inner guidance system and finally discover the peaceful, balanced, truly joyful lives they have been yearning for.

Balancing Life, Work and Family

Sometimes we become mired in the demands of our professional lives to the detriment of our personal selves. This results in guilt, shame, exhaustion, depression, anxiety and illness. We lose sight of our goals altogether. Dr. Denise outlines ways to nurture and empower ourselves through difficulties that arise as we strive to fill demands of our multiple roles. She outlines ways to manage stressors creatively and audience members discover ways to recapture the zest of life.

If we fail to care for ourselves we become less productive and less able to attend to those we love. This results in guilt, shame, exhaustion, depression, anxiety and ill health. We may lose sight of our goals altogether. One busy day monotonously follows another and we miss the zest, joy and passion our lives have to offer.

This talk outlines ways to nurture and empower ourselves through difficulties that inevitably arise as we strive to fill the demands of professional and personal roles. Ways to manage stressors creatively in holistic ways (i.e. physically, emotionally, socially, environmentally and spiritually) are clearly outlined. In this way participants rediscover the joy that lies at the core of their beings.

Here's what a participant had to say after attending one of Dr. Denise's Programs:

“I have had a lot of positive feedback from the evening. Especially gratifying were the comments from one of my pre-operative patients, who expressed never having felt 'understood' before, and after reading your book and listening to your presentation, feels hope for the future in regards to her eating habits. Many thanks!”
